I'm Jesse Corpus, and I've spent the last seven years doing one thing exceptionally well, helping people buy and sell homes in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and beyond. Born and raised in DFW, I know these neighborhoods not just professionally, but personally. I live in Preston Hollow with my wife Jenna and our son Jude, and I work every day to build the kind of life here that I help my clients find for themselves.
As the Founder of The Healthy Homes Team at JPAR, I bring something most agents simply don't have: a licensed background in building sciences and air quality management (MAC #2299). Where other agents see a beautiful home, I see the whole picture the structure, the systems, the things behind the walls or under your feet that can make or break a transaction. That expertise has quietly protected every client I've ever worked with, and it's something I'm genuinely proud of.
Before real estate, I spent nearly a decade managing restaurants, an environment that demands grace under pressure, sharp communication, and an almost obsessive commitment to the people in front of you. Those years shaped the way I work today.
I don't just hand you a contract and wish you luck. I research. I walk the comparable homes in your neighborhood before advising on price. I prepare everything in advance so that when the moment comes to move, we're ready. I talk strategy and communicate with my clients throughout the process for a smooth stress free transaction.

I've personally purchased then sold homes for double the price multiple times, right here in DFW. so when I advise you on how to position a home or maximize your return, I'm speaking from real experience, not just theory.
I work with buyers, sellers, and investors, relocating families across DFW but I focus exclusively on residential real estate because that's where I know can serve you best.
I also practice conversational Spanish daily, because in a city as rich and diverse as Dallas, connection matters.
